5 Steps to Completion

We can improve, refine and customize existing processes or automations.
Our 5 step system outlines the entire process to take your project from fruition to completion.

Stage 1: Research

To begin, it is essential to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the customer's existing process and identify the specific areas that require improvement or customization. This typically involves gathering information such as production rates, assembly specifications, types of components utilized, projected project completion dates, and a preliminary budget for the project.

Stage 2: Design

The next stage involves producing a preliminary quote, accompanied by supporting materials like renderings and animations, to illustrate the anticipated outcome of the finalized process. During this stage, the project remains flexible, allowing for effortless adaptation to any modifications in the requirements.

Once all the requirements have been thoroughly documented and the project has undergone a comprehensive review, a final quote is generated.

Stage 3: Implementation

In stage 3 we proceed to the prototyping phase of the project, where we aim to satisfy all the customer's needs and expectations. During this stage, particular attention is given to any critical, unknown, or uncertain aspects of the process, in order to address them prior to finalizing the solution.

Once we have minimized as much uncertainty as possible, the final plans for the process are generated. These may include drawings, schematics, and/or renderings, specifying all the components required. Upon approval of these plans, the final implementation commences.

Stage 4: Testing

During the Testing stage, the system undergoes a comprehensive series of tests, ensuring all electrical, pneumatic, and programming aspects are functioning correctly. The system is operated with live components repeatedly to ensure optimal performance. Any persisting design issues are promptly identified and corrected.

Collaboratively with the customer, a qualification plan is established to ensure that the solution fulfills essential design requirements, which commonly encompass aspects such as cycle time, usability, and production quality. Additionally, during this stage, thorough verification is conducted to ensure that all safety concerns pertaining to the process have been effectively resolved.

Step 5: Support

Our final stage involves long term support for our customers and their systems. Long-term support is readily accessible, and if needed, accompanied by replacement parts and/or components. In certain scenarios, if desired, component drawings or specifications may also be provided, enabling the customer to have wear parts produced by a third-party source.

Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)

PLC Panel Building and Integration

What is a PLC?

A PLC is a specialized computerized device used in industrial automation control and is used to monitor and control various equipment and processes. The control panel, also known as a PLC panel or control cabinet, contains the necessary electrical components, such as power supplies, input/output modules, communication modules, relays, switches, and other devices, required for the PLC system to function effectively.

Custom PLC Panels

Our team consisting of engineers and system integrators specializes in the design and customization of PLC control panels tailored to your specific application requirements. Throughout the entire process, we collaborate closely with you, providing support from the initial design phase to seamless integration. Once the design is finalized, we assist in implementing the system, meticulously constructing and thoroughly testing all components to ensure optimal functionality according to your desired specifications.

Automation Control Panel vs. PLC

Automation Control Panels

Automation Control Panels and PLCs

Automation control panels provide a centralized interface for operators to interact with the automation system, allowing them to monitor status, make adjustments, and receive real-time feedback. While automation control panels encompass the physical housing and organization of components, PLCs are the intelligent devices responsible for executing the control logic and enabling automation in industrial systems. In essence, PLCs are the brains within automation control panels, while the control panels themselves serve as the physical infrastructure and user interface.
